Please read these terms carefully before reserving or purchasing a puppy from Ryan Poms.
1. General Information
Ryan Poms provides family-raised Pomeranian puppies for loving homes. By using our website or reserving a puppy, you agree to these terms.
2. Puppy Availability
Puppy availability may change at any time. A puppy is not considered reserved until the required reservation deposit has been received.
3. Puppy Pricing
Unless otherwise stated, each available puppy is priced at $650. Shipping starts from $150 depending on location.
4. Reservation Deposit & Refund Policy
A 50% reservation deposit is required to hold any available puppy. For a $650 puppy, the reservation deposit is $325.
If a customer cancels before delivery arrangements have been finalized, up to 50% of the reservation deposit may be refunded.
Once delivery, transportation, or final puppy preparation has started, the reservation deposit becomes non-refundable.
The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or delivery.
5. Health & Vaccinations
Puppies are 9 weeks old, vaccinated, vet checked, health tested, and up to date on age-appropriate shots before going to their new homes.
6. Delivery Information
Delivery is available throughout the USA and Canada. Shipping starts at $150 and may vary depending on customer location and delivery needs.
7. Customer Responsibility
After receiving the puppy, the customer is responsible for proper food, housing, veterinary care, training, and general puppy care.
8. Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be completed before the puppy is released for pickup or delivery. Delivery will not be scheduled until payment is confirmed.
9. Website Content
All website text, photos, design, and branding belong to Ryan Poms and may not be copied or reused without permission.
